Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance on request.

Yes. If something is not right, tell us and we will come back and make it right. That is the whole policy.

What are your hours?

Our normal service hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

It depends on the season. Spring and fall are our busiest windows, so booking a week or two ahead is a good idea. Off-season jobs can often be scheduled the same week.

What happens if it rains?

We may reschedule for safety or quality reasons. Gutter cleaning can usually still happen in light rain. House washing and concrete cleaning are weather-dependent. We will call or text you if we need to move the appointment.

How does pricing work?

We use starting-at pricing because every home is different. You share a few details and photos, we send you a straightforward quote. There are no high-pressure sales and no surprise upsells on site.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, and invoicing. Payment is due at the time of service unless invoicing has been arranged in advance.

Do I need to be home?

Not for most exterior work. As long as we can access the property, water, and the areas being cleaned, you do not need to be home. We will send before-and-after photos so you can see the finished job.

Do you need water and power access?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use your outdoor water spigot and, occasionally, an outdoor outlet. If either is out of service, let us know before your appointment so we can plan around it.

Do you use high pressure on siding?

No. Siding is cleaned with a low-pressure process (often called soft washing) so we can remove algae, mildew, and dirt without damaging the material or forcing water behind the panels. Concrete uses more pressure because it is a harder, more forgiving surface.

Will cleaning solutions harm my plants or pets?

We rinse plants before and after treatment and use dilutions matched to the surface. Keep pets indoors while we are on site as a normal precaution.

What if there is damage or something I should know about?

If we spot loose fasteners, sagging gutters, damaged siding, or other obvious issues while we are working, we let you know and include photos. We do not do repairs, but we will tell you what deserves attention.

Yes. Our seasonal gutter plan bundles spring and fall cleanings with priority scheduling and optional discounts on house washing or concrete cleaning add-ons.
