Every deck and fence is different. Wood needs a gentler touch and the right cleaning solution to lift graying and organic buildup without fuzzing up the grain. Composite and vinyl handle a soft-wash process very well and usually clean up close to new.
We do not run a pressure washer down a wood deck. That is how you end up with lap marks, splintering, and a job that looks worse than it started. The cleaning solution does the work and the rinse takes it off.
We do not seal or stain. If you plan to refinish the deck, this is the right first step. The surface will be clean, opened up, and ready for a finisher to take it from there.
Common questions
No. We are exterior cleaning specialists and we do not offer sealing or staining. If you plan to seal or stain, cleaning is the right first step and the surface will be ready for a finisher to take it from there.
Not when it is done correctly. Wood decks and fences get a lower-pressure approach with the right cleaning solution. We do not blast wood with a pressure washer.
Composite and vinyl clean up very well with a soft-wash approach. Both materials show algae and mildew easily, and both come back to looking almost new with the right method.
Yes. Landscaping around the deck or fence is saturated with water before and after, and we rinse thoroughly as we work.
Often, yes. If it is part of the deck or patio area and it needs cleaning, mention it when you request a quote and we will include it if it is a good fit.
